Email Marketing and Live Chat: The CleverReach Integration

We are happy to announce Userlike’s integration with CleverReach , allowing you to easily add chat visitors to your upcoming email campaigns.

CleverReach is software that allows users to create, send, and professionally measure e-mail campaigns online. Userlike’s new integration allows you to easily add the contacts from your offline messages and live chat interactions to your CleverReach listings. Next time you send a newsletter or an informational e-mail your chat users can also be included.

To send your contacts to CleverReach, all you may need to do is use the $cleverreach command inside your current chat, or, in case it concerns an offline message or chat transcript, press the button “Create CleverReach subscriber” from your dashboard. The email address is the only customer info you need.
