Consider context from previous messages to be consistent and avoid customer frustration.
Adds emotion and tonality, making responses mimic human communication — even when things get complicated.

Yes. If you are interested in testing the GPT-4 feature with your AI chatbot, we will activate the integration for you. Please get in touch with your account manager or contact us in the support chat on our website.
The GPT-4-bot is connected to a central knowledge base, the AI Automation Hub. You can add relevant information to the knowledge base directly in Userlike or import existing data bases via a CSV file.
Various file types (images, videos, PDF files, etc.) and links can be added to the answers in the knowledge database and sent out by the chatbot.
In that case the chatbot will forward the user to an agent, including a transcript of the conversation flow, so that the support team can seamlessly continue the chat.
Yes, the AI Automation Hub is a protected framework that ensures that the integration of GPT-4-AI is fully GDPR compliant. Userlike relies on Azure OpenAI Services from Microsoft. The server locations are limited exclusively to the EU (Belgium and the Netherlands). In addition, Microsoft emphasizes that input and output data are not available for OpenAI and are not used to improve Microsoft services.
