Köln, Germany – April 10, 2013 – Userlike has entered the cooperation network of Händlerbund. “We are thrilled to be an official partner of the largest online trade union in Europe”, says Timoor Taufig, Co-Founder and CEO of Userlike.

Userlike has been on the market since 2012, offering an innovative live chat software that online businesses can use to chat with their website visitors.

Founded in 2008, Händlerbund has grown to represent the interests of more than 22.000 online businesses across Europe, providing legal texts and advice.

Since its market entrance Userlike has been spreading awareness among the German ecommerce industry for the importance of instant assistance. One of Userlike’s tactics has been to partner up with large German Ecommerce service providers, such as Trusted Shops, Rakuten DE, and EHI.

As part of the cooperation, Userlike is the official preferred technical partner of Händlerbund. Furthermore, Händlerbund customers receive an extended three month trial period of the Userlike software.
