How to Add Live Chat to Your Typo3 Site
Free and open source, TYPO3 CMS is a leading content management system. With the Userlike extension for Typo3, you can add a live chat solution to your website in no time.

In your Typo3 backend , go to the Extension Manager and switch to " Get Extensions " in the drop-down menu above.
Search for Userlike, then click the download icon to import and install the Userlike extension.
Go to the page management and select the page where you want to add the Userlike plugin. Then click on the " Content " button to add a new element.
Select " Plugins " and the Userlike Widget from your plugin list.
Configure the plugin by adding your Widget secret. To find your Widget secret, log in to your Userlike account. If you don’t have one yet, just sign up for a free account. In the Dashboard, go to " Config > Widgets ". Select your Widget and head to the " Install " tab. Under “ Credentials for Applications ” copy your Widget Secret and go back to your Typo3 account to paste it into the “ Secret ” field.
Be sure to save the plugin after your changes.
And you’re done! Userlike live chat will now appear on your website. You can begin chatting by going online in the Message Center .
