PipelineDeals Integration Improvement

We wanted to notify you about a tweak we made to the PipelineDeals integration. With the PipelineDeals integration you can send Chat Transcripts and Offline Messages from Userlike’s side to your CRM system. Read more here .

When a chat/offline message is sent to PipelineDeals, it is added as an activity to the contact when it concerns an existing contact. When it concerns a new contact, a new contact is created.

What we’ve added is a notification for the contact owner when a chat transcript is added as a note . Before it used to be the case that, when it concerned an existing contact, the Contact Owner could miss the fact that a chat was conducted with his contact. Now the notification of the Contact Owner is automatically enabled, so the Owner will always be up to date with the latest Chat Interactions of its Contact.
